De Anza Trails RV & Pet Resort Guidelines

General Guidelines - check in 1 pm; check out 11 am

1. Fully self contained RVs only.
2. Registrants MUST have assistance when backing into site and will be held liable for any damage moving in to or out of a site.
3. The speed limit is 10 mph.
4. Facilities are solely for the use and pleasure of the registrant’s and their guests and do so at their own risk
5. Registrants and their guests will be held liable for damage to any park property.
6. No food or drinks allowed in building except in designated area (dining hall/meeting room)
7. No smoking in any buildings
8. RVs and vehicles are subject to management approval.
9. Generators are not allowed to run unless there is a power outage.
10. Help us keep our park clean; cigarette butts on the ground is littering. Please use receptacles.
11. No oil changing or major vehicle repairs allowed in park.
12. Quiet Hours between 10:00pm-8am.

Site Guidelines:

1. The site you have been assigned is reserved only for the period you have prepaid.
2. Use only the site you have been assigned and do not park vehicles on another site.
3. Only one vehicle per site. Extra vehicles to be parked in designated parking area.
4. Keep site orderly & clean. No storage under RV.
5. Absolutely no laundry hanging around RVs. Use laundry dryers.
6. No washing any vehicle on sites
7. Sites are not to be used as pet potties.  

Guest Policy:

1. Registrant’s must have their guests register at the office.
2. You are responsible for the actions of your guests. A maximum of 2 adult guests.
3. A $5.00 per day extra person fee will be charged. No fee for children under 14.
4. You are responsible for the conduct of your children and any child under 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pool/Spa Guidelines:

1. Registrants and guests must adhere to all posted signs.
2. Swimsuits only. Absolutely no cut offs, shorts or t-shirts allowed.
3. No dripping suits in clubhouse.
4. No food or drink in pool area

Refuse Disposal:

1. Garbage should be enclosed in plastic bags which are tied, prior to placing in dumpsters.
2. Boxes and containers should be flattened prior to placing in dumpsters.
3. Please do not leave refuse on your site, use the dumpsters

Management reserves the right to amend any and all rules and regulations as it sees fit for the best interest of the community.

1.   Maximum of 3 dogs
2.   Extra fee of $2.50 per day for the 3^rd canine or maximum of $30.00
      per month.
3.   All pets must be registered & approved by management before admittance
      is allowed.
4.   Pets permitted are dogs, cats, small birds. Few exceptions
5.   Pets are to be leashed at all times outside your RV.
6.   Please do not allow canines to dig holes on sites.
7.   Pets are not to be left unattended outside your RV or anywhere on grounds.
8.   Walk pets in designated areas only and pick up immediately after them.
9.   Each pet must be inoculated and licensed in accordance with applicable
      laws. Management may request proof of such information.
10. In the effort to maintain a harmonious living atmosphere any pets that
      receive frequent complaints or cause any unreasonable disturbance or harm
      – barking, growling, biting, or another unreasonable noises or property
      damage, the registrant’s permission to keep pet in the community may be
      revoked.
11. Should any pet pose a threat to the health or safety of any resident or staff,
     the owner of the pet shall be served with notice to remove the pet from the
     premises.
12. Guests may not bring pets into the park. Exceptions being guide, signal or
      other service dogs.
13.  Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or laundry area at any time, with the
      exception of guide dogs, signal dogs or other service dogs.
14.  Exterior pet housing is not permitted therefore pets must be kept inside
      overnight.
15.  If you and /or pet(s) do not comply with these rules, resort management,
      may at their sole discretion, revoke approval of the pet and require the pet
      to be permanently removed from the community. Management may also
      have the pet taken to the animal shelter.
