Refunds: For daily reservations two days (48 hrs) notice is required. A $15 service fee will be applied. Cancellations of weekly reservations requires three days (72 hrs) notice with a full daily fee applied per week of reserved stay. No refunds granted if cancelled after the stated time frames. Remaining balance to be issued by mail.

Advance Reservations: Guaranteed advanced reservations for monthly visits or longer, requires a deposit equal to one months rent. This will be applied to the last month of your reservation period. Any monthly reservation made 30 days or more in advance is to be paid by check. Check is to be received in a timely manner - 10 days - to guarantee site.

Refunds: Refunds: Upon notice of cancellation up to 31 days prior to start date, a refund, less a $15.00 service fee, will be issued. 30 to 16 days notice will result in a $50.00 fee. No refunds if cancellation made within15 days of reservation date.
NO REFUNDS ARE GRANTED AFTER THE ABOVE STATED TIME FRAMES.

A reservation starts on the day site was reserved for not the arrival date.

Additional Rules & Policies:

• No refunds for early departures.
• All site rentals include water, sewer, cable, use of amenities.
• Electric deposit required upon arrival for monthly sites rentals.
• Phone line available on select sites - hookup rquired
• Site is only reserved for the time period it is paid for.
• All rates based on two (2) persons per site. Extra fee of $5.00 per person per night.
• Maximum guests - Two (2). More than 2 guests is subject to management approval.

Park Guidelines:

De Anza Trails RV Resort has established the same general rules and regulation that most parks implement. However we feel there are some you need to know to help you in making your decision to stay with us.

• Fully self contained RV's only
• Pets - maximum of two dogs. More than 2 dogs must be approved by management. An extra fee of $2.50 per day or a maximum of $30 per month per additional dogs.
