  Development Schedule

  When you are excited about a project and have positive feedback from customers, you would like to get things off the ground as soon as possible, but invariably, when there are many variables to deal with, things do not move as fast as one would like. Unfortunately, our time line for pushing dirt and upgrading the existing sites for this season, has been delayed.  Engineers are just now in their final phase, which would put the time frame for earth moving equipment at a period when RVers will be arriving. So we thought it best to wait until  late spring early summer of 2008 to start our multi-million dollar development.
